Specifications confirmed before we quote

Every quote and order in writing

What we supply

Four things, done properly.

Species, dimensions and quality are agreed in advance — not assumed. If a specification cannot be produced at a sensible price, we say so early.

New EUR pallets in fresh pale wood, stacked

New pallets

EUR pallets 1200 × 800 mm, one-way pallets and other sizes to your drawing. Species, moisture and treatment agreed per order.

Used Euro pallets stacked in a yard

Used pallets

Sorted used pallets with the grade agreed in advance. We describe what you will receive before you order it.

Bundled pallet boards cut to size, stacked end-on

Pallet boards, cut to size

Deck and bottom boards sawn to your dimensions — for example 1200 × 70 × 16 mm. Poplar, pine, spruce and other species on request.

Stacks of nailed pallet decks and bases in a warehouse

Nailed decks and bases

Tops and bases already nailed: deck boards across the cross-members, the bottom board on its three bearers. Your works nails them into finished pallets — and one truck takes far more of these than of assembled pallets.

Custom sizes

Not only from a catalogue.

Send your own drawing or specification and we produce to it — species, dimensions, nail pattern, tolerances. Below is one of ours: two deck sizes, each board and each nail position specified.

Shown as it is used on the shop floor — dimensions and reference points read the same in any language.

The company

Between the sawmills and the packaging industry.

BeKo-Trading is a Hungarian sole trader based in Székesfehérvár, working between the sawmills here and the pallet and packaging industry across Europe.

For twenty years we did the work ourselves — from putting the log on the saw to the finished pallet. That is why we read a specification the way a mill reads it, and why we know which questions decide the price before anyone quotes.

Today we source. We stay in close contact with the mills we buy from, and we go and look: the state of an order gets checked on site, not by asking for an email.

If we cannot supply something, we tell you instead of quoting around it. That is slower to say and cheaper for both sides.

Twenty of those years were spent with a saw, a nail gun and a delivery note. That is the part you cannot learn from a price list — and the reason we notice what is missing from a specification before it costs anyone money.

Why work with us

Six reasons, none of them a certificate.

  1. We cut it ourselves for twenty years

From the log on the saw to the finished pallet. You are not explaining your product to a broker who has only seen it on paper.

  2. We read the specification

Dimensions, species, moisture and tolerances are confirmed with the mill before a price reaches you.

  3. Your language

Write in Hungarian, Italian or English. You get the answer in the language you wrote in.

  4. One person carries the order

You do not chase four suppliers and four mailboxes. The same person is on it from the enquiry to the delivery.

  5. We go and look

We keep close contact with the mills and check the state of an order on site — in person, not by asking for an email.

  6. Everything in writing

Quote, order and confirmation carry one reference, so both sides file the same facts.

How we work

Four steps, no detours.

  1. Request

You send the specification: product, species, dimensions, quantity, delivery location and date.

  2. Review

We check it is complete and ask only about what is genuinely missing.

  3. Sourcing

We approach the mills that can produce it and collect prices, quantities and lead times.

  4. Direct contact

You receive one clear offer. From there it stays one thread until the goods are delivered.

Contact

Send your specification.

The more precise it is, the faster the answer. A first reply is normally enough to tell you whether it is worth going further.
