What this site is, and what it is not

This site describes what we source and supply. It is not an offer in the legal sense and contains no prices. Nothing here creates a contract.

Product descriptions, dimensions and species named on the site are examples of what we can obtain. What is actually available, at what price, in what quality and by when is answered per enquiry, in writing.

Commercial terms are agreed per transaction

Quantity, dimensions, quality, moisture, treatment, price, currency, Incoterm with the named place, delivery date, payment terms and the validity of a quotation are agreed in writing for each individual transaction. There are no standing general terms that override what we write to you. If our written confirmation and anything on this site disagree, the written confirmation applies.

Business customers only

We supply businesses. We do not sell to consumers, and nothing on this site is directed at them.

Accuracy

We keep the site correct and current to the best of our knowledge. We deliberately make no claims about certifications we do not hold — there is no EPAL licence, FSC, PEFC, ISPM-15 or ISO claim on this site, and there will not be one until the certificate exists. If you find something inaccurate, tell us and we will correct it.

Content and images

Text and layout belong to BeKo-Trading. Photographs are licensed stock images; the licence and origin of each one are documented in our repository. You may quote and link to this site; please do not reproduce it wholesale.

Liability

We are liable under Hungarian law. For the free information on this website, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent the law permits. Liability arising from a supply contract is governed by that contract.

Applicable law

Hungarian law applies. For cross-border sales of goods between businesses, the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) applies unless the individual contract excludes it.
