This website

This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics and uses no tracking pixels. Fonts, photographs and logos are served from our own domain. The contact form asks for your name, company (optional), business email address, preferred language and message. We use these data only to read and answer your enquiry and, where requested, to take steps before entering into a contract. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps requested by you, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for ordinary business correspondence.

The form is handled by a Cloudflare Pages Function and protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile processes security signals such as connection and browser data to distinguish people from automated submissions; it does not receive the text you enter in the form. After successful verification, the form content is sent through the Google Gmail API to our business mailbox at info@beko-trade.hu. We keep no separate website-form database. The resulting email is retained with our business correspondence for as long as the enquiry or legal retention duties require.

Cloudflare, Inc. also hosts and protects the site and therefore processes connection data such as your IP address to deliver the page and defend it against attacks.

Business contact data and first approaches

We contact sawmills, pallet manufacturers and packaging companies with purchase or supply enquiries. The contact details we use are collected from publicly accessible business sources: company registers, trade-association member lists, trade-fair exhibitor lists, and the companies' own websites.

We name the source in the first message. If you received an email from us, it states where we found your address. If you would like more detail than the line in the email gives, ask and you will get it.

• Data: company name, business address, business email address, where applicable the name and role of a contact person, and our record of the correspondence.
• Purpose: initiating and carrying out business-to-business trade in timber and pallet components.
• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in reaching potential suppliers and customers, weighed against the limited intrusion of a single, relevant business enquiry to a business address. Once a contract is in preparation or in force, Art. 6(1)(b) applies.

Objecting

Reply and say so. One sentence is enough. The objection is recorded immediately and permanently: the address is placed on a suppression list, and no later import, list update or new campaign can bring it back. You do not have to give a reason and there is nothing to click.

How long we keep it

• No reply, or a refusal: the record is closed and the address suppressed.
• Ongoing business relationship: for its duration, then for the retention periods Hungarian accounting and tax law require (generally eight years for accounting documents).

Who else sees the data

• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — contact-form email delivery and business email storage.
• Forpsi (INTERNET CZ, a.s.) — mail hosting for beko-trade.hu.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — website delivery, DNS, contact-form execution and Turnstile spam protection.
• Our accountant, for documents that must be booked.

We do not sell contact data, do not rent it out and do not pass it to third parties for their own advertising.

Automated processing

We use software to draft and translate correspondence and to keep track of enquiries. Language models from OpenAI, Google, Mistral and Groq are used for translation and drafting; the content of business correspondence may pass through them for that purpose. No decision that affects you is taken automatically. Every offer, order and confirmation is released by a person before it is sent.

Your rights

You may request access to the data we hold about you, its correction or erasure, the restriction of its processing, and its portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@beko-trade.hu; we answer within one month.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority — in Hungary the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, naih.hu; in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it.

A weboldal nem használ hirdetési sütiket, nem mér látogatottságot és nem alkalmaz nyomkövető képpontokat. A kapcsolati űrlap a nevet, a cégnevet (nem kötelező), az üzleti e-mail-címet, a nyelvet és az üzenetet továbbítja, hogy megválaszolhassuk a megkeresést. Jogalap: a GDPR 6. cikk (1) b) pontja az Ön által kért szerződéskötést megelőző lépésekhez, egyébként az f) pont szerinti jogos érdek.

Az űrlapot Cloudflare Pages Function kezeli, a spamvédelmet a Cloudflare Turnstile biztosítja. A Turnstile biztonsági kapcsolat- és böngészőadatokat kezel, az űrlap szövegét nem kapja meg. A sikeresen ellenőrzött űrlap a Google Gmail API-n keresztül az info@beko-trade.hu postafiókba kerül; külön űrlap-adatbázist nem vezetünk. A tárhelyszolgáltató a Cloudflare, Inc.

Üzleti megkeresések. Fűrészüzemeket és csomagolóipari cégeket keresünk meg beszerzési vagy értékesítési kérdéssel. Az elérhetőségeket nyilvános üzleti forrásokból gyűjtjük: cégnyilvántartás, szakmai szövetségek taglistái, kiállítói listák és a cégek saját weboldalai. A forrást az első levélben megnevezzük (GDPR 14. cikk). Jogalap: GDPR 6. cikk (1) f) — jogos érdek; szerződéskötés esetén 6. cikk (1) b).

Tiltakozás: elég egyetlen válaszlevél. Az elérhetőség azonnal és véglegesen tiltólistára kerül; későbbi adatbetöltés sem hozza vissza. Indokolni nem kell.

Jogai: hozzáférés, helyesbítés, törlés, korlátozás, adathordozhatóság, tiltakozás. Panasszal a NAIH-hoz fordulhat (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., naih.hu).

Contatti commerciali. Contattiamo segherie e aziende di imballaggio con richieste di acquisto o di fornitura. I recapiti provengono da fonti commerciali pubbliche: registri delle imprese, elenchi di associazioni di categoria, elenchi espositori e i siti web delle aziende stesse. La fonte è indicata nella prima email (art. 14 GDPR). Base giuridica: art. 6, par. 1, lett. f) GDPR — legittimo interesse; in caso di trattativa o contratto, lett. b).

Opposizione: è sufficiente rispondere alla nostra email. Il recapito viene inserito immediatamente e definitivamente in una lista di esclusione; nessun successivo caricamento dati può reinserirlo. Non è necessario motivare la richiesta.

Diritti: accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opposizione. È possibile presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
